Providing A Better Exit Option For
Business Owners

Current Issues Selling Your Business & How We Are Better

Over the last 20+ years, you’ve spent a great deal of time, energy & sleepless nights – trying to grow your business. You’ve enjoyed some good years, and experienced some pretty lean ones, too.

Time to consider selling?

You have several options:

1)  Wind Down & Shut the Door – but you wouldn’t get the multiple of cash flow exit that is possible if you plan ahead.

2) Sell to a Traditional Private Equity Firm – but you must consider all the tales of bad experiences dealing with private equity and how their single profit motive will influence them to seek every last dollar from you.

If neither one of these routes appeals to you, there is another option worth considering.

We are entrepreneurs who help solve this problem for owners.  We ourselves are looking for high quality businesses to acquire.  Our difference is that we left traditional private equity so that we could choose how we bought companies – and specifically – so we could bring a human element to a financial transaction that we think is missing.

So if you are interested in finding out more about options to comfortably exit your business and take the millions of dollars you’ve built over the years off the table – we would love to hear from you.  Schedule a call (to the right>>>)

About Us

SPARTAN CAPITAL PARTNERS II, LLC (“Spartan”) is a private investment company run by business owners & entrepreneurs.

The principals deep experience investing in and growing private businesses under $20 million in revenue.  The principles of Spartan Capital have invested and arranged over one hundred of million dollars in capital to finance their companies.

We are not spreadsheet guys who think we know everything.  We left billion dollar private equity funds because we saw a different model.  Now, we focus on identifying entrepreneurs who are honest and hard working inside of businesses we would like to grow.  Our service to these entrepreneurs is to help them liquidate and diversify the millions of dollars trapped in their business.  These millions do not trade on a stock exchange and often cannot be passed onto heirs.   We bring that liquidity in order for the entrepreneur to solidify the financial future of his/her family while still having their desired impact on the business that they built over years. We will be transparent, we will be fun, we will be quick.  Those are our promises to you.

We are entrepreneurs ourselves.  We chose “business acquisition” as our focus.  We need you as much as you need us – which is why our Letters of Intent (LOIs) name you as “Partner” and not “Seller”.

If you are looking for the right PARTNER, you’ve found it here.
